Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer free standard shipping, which typically takes 10–15 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows your package is still in transit, it is on its way and will be delivered as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Chargebacks & Claims

We kindly ask customers to reach out to us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve any issues.
Please note that orders still within the stated shipping timeframe (10–15 business days) or marked as in transit are not considered lost or missing. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of shipment and tracking information.
