4. Confirm your order — and you’re done!

Once shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify your order — but we’ll help guide you through a return if needed.

No account is required — you can checkout as a guest.

However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns, and save your favorites.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us so we can review and assist promptly.
We only accept returns and issue refunds if the item arrives damaged or defective.
A damaged item includes:
• Tears, holes, or broken seams
• Stains or marks present upon arrival
• Manufacturing defects that make the dress unwearable

Normal variations in fabric, minor loose threads, or sizing issues do not qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging
3. Include your order number in your message

Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

No. We do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Incorrect sizing
• Fit preferences
• Change of mind

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
